ROB RENZETTI

Rob Renzetti is an artist, author, avid horror movie fan, and board game buff. From a young age Rob was interested in cartoons, at first watching his mom copy characters from the comic pages in the Chicago Tribune, and then drawing them for himself. Soon after Rob decided he wanted to make cartoons for a living.

And made them he has! He created My Life as a Teenage Robot for Nickelodeon. He’s worked on Gravity Falls, Big City Greens, Kid Cosmic, and many other shows as a storyboard artist, writer, director, and producer. But nothing is more fun for Rob than writing, so he decided to write books as well as make cartoons. He’s written books that include some of his favorite pre-exiting characters, like those in The New York Times #1 Best Seller, Gravity Falls: Journal 3, which he co-authored.

But he’s also written The Horrible Bag of Terrible Things, The Twisted Tower of Endless Torment, and The Cursed Cloak of The Wretched Wraith, a trilogy of brand new books with original, never-existed-before characters, which takes place in a bizarre, fantastical world called GrahBhag. Here’s what some very fancy people have to say about it —

“This book is Terrible, Horrible, and a fiendish delight.” — Alex Hirsch, New York Times best-selling author and creator of Gravity Falls.

“It’s the kind of madcap, scary adventure story you’ll want to revisit again and again, if you dare!” —Dan Poblocki, author of Tales to Keep You Up at Night.

“An otherworldly adventure series in the vein of Oz, Alice’s Wonderland, and the Brothers Grimm.” —Craig McCracken, creator of Foster’s Home for Imaginary Friends and The Powerpuff Girls.
